    The favorite of many steak eaters, a hand cut, 10 ounce serving of prime beef tenderloin. Char-broiled to order and served with herbal butter.

    A combination of the rich flavor of the strip steak and the tenderness of the filet mignon joined by the famous "T-bone". Approximately 20 ounces.

  • Traditional Chicken Caesar Salad - 11.95
    Thinly sliced char-grilled chicken breast over a bed of romaine lettuce, with garlic croutons, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Anchovies served on request. (This selection is served with home baked bread only.)
  • Grilled Free Range Chicken Breast - 12.95
    An 8-ounce grilled free-range chicken breast served with orange sauce on the side.
  • Chicken Chesapeake - 16.95
    Free-range chicken breast served on a bed of spinach, topped with mornay sauce and lump crabmeat.
  • Mediterranean Chicken - 14.95
    An 8-ounce chicken breast broiled with olive oil, black & green olives, sun dried tomatoes and smoked mozzarella cheese. Served with pasta and one additional vegetable.
  • Cheese Florentine Manicotti - 11.95
    Manicotti pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and baked with spinach parmesan sauce. Topped with a dollop of marinara sauce.

    Asparagus spears wrapped with roasted red pepper in French crepes, and baked with imported Danish havarti cheese.

    Our version of this Italian classic is a wedge of ladyfingers soaked in espresso, Kahlua liqueur and rum, layered with light and creamy imported Mascarpone cheese.

    A must for chocolate lovers! Three layers of rich fudge cake separated by chocolate mousse, all topped with pure dark chocolate ganache and garnished with a chocolate crescent moon.
  • Peanut Butter Blitz
    A chocolate cookie crumb crust filled with peanut butter mousse, topped with crushed peanuts and stripes of chocolate and peanut butter.
  • Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
    A rich combination of chocolate, roasted large pecans, bourbon and molasses in a flaky piecrust.
  • Homemade Cream Puff
    Cream puff filled with Coleman's coffee ice cream and covered with our own chocolate rum sauce and topped with whipped cream.

    An American favorite, homemade and served warm.
  • Our Own Cheesecake
    Our own homemade New York Style cheesecake. Served plain or with a raspberry melba topping or with fresh sliced strawberries (in season).
  • Mocha Mudd Pie
    Premium Dutch chocolate and creamy coffee ice creams swirled together in a chocolate cookie crust and topped with a layer of milk chocolate fudge.
  • Ice Cream Parfaits
