Fresh Chester County mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat Mornay.

 

Fried Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Ravioli pasta stuffed with mushroom, breaded and lightly fried.

Served with a sour cream pesto dipping sauce.

 

Clams Revere

Fresh shucked clams topped with a mixture of bacon, spinach,

cheddar cheese and onions, then broiled to order.

 

Baked Brie

American Brie baked and served with raspberry

preserve and topped with almond slivers.

 

Baked French Onion Soup

A filling bowl of homemade onion soup topped with thick

mozzarella cheese and broiled till golden brown.
